This fragrance has a luxurious touch to it with a heart of orchid and lotus wood, blended with top notes of ylang, bergamot and truffle. The base notes of vanilla, sandalwood, vetiver & dark chocolate complete this fragrance. (Oil ratio in this diffuser is 9%).

 

Our  diffusers are made with Perfumers Alcohol as opposed to a base carrier oil. We also use Fibre reeds which result in a stronger scent throw rather than Rattan which can get clogged. The Fibre reed acts like a wick and distributes the scent more evenly. Best placed in a warm area to allow the scent to carry. Use 5 reeds for a low scent, 6 for medium and 7 for its full strength. Using 6 reeds will generally last for a minimum of 4 weeks before the alcohol evaporates completely. Don’t be confused with the cheaper alternative from local supermarkets which have a very strong scent for the first two days and then nothing. diffusers will have a constant subtle scent throughout their life span.

Cautionary Statement

Our diffusers are made with Perfumers Alcohol as opposed to a base carrier oil. This increases the scent throw and is also flammable as a liquid. Just like your domestic perfume will be if exposed to a naked flame.

We also use Fibre reeds which result in a stronger scent throw rather than Rattan which can get clogged. The Fibre reed acts like a wick and distributes the scent more evenly. They will draw the liquid up to then evaporate into the air. If your room is humid you need to keep an eye on the reeds to make sure the liquid from the reeds is evaporating and not dripping downwards. If this happens simply turn and wipe away any excess. You do not need to turn our reeds but as the scent gets near the bottom you can turn occasionally to draw up the last bit of oil.

The liquid and the oil used in our diffusers is abrasive to finished surfaces such as wood and fabric so place on a coaster or tiled surface. We will not be held responsible if you place the diffuser on your best Chippendale Cabinet and a drip of oil strips away the finish. So common sense also plays a part.
